Package Your Items
Ensure that all hardware is in its original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure the bag is securely sealed to prevent shipping damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our roastery receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement beans.
