We roast our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?

While we recommend purchasing whole bean for the best flavor profile, we offer various grind settings including Drip, Espresso, and French Press upon request.

What is your return policy on perishable food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

How should I store my Merit Coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor.
